Sandy has 25 years of experience successfully implementing IT business solutions. His broad background includes application development, IT management, consulting and sales experience prior to founding ATS. Most recently he led the NA Professional Services practice for iAnywhere Solutions, a subsidiary of Sybase and the industry leader in the mobile embedded database and mobile middleware markets. Under Sandy’s watch, the company’s Services revenues grew 50% year on year with a number of highly successful projects supporting customer initiatives to extend enterprise data to mobile customers, partners, suppliers and employees. Prior to that, Sandy was VP of Sales at IT Factory, one of IBM/Lotus largest global ISVs and market leader in collaborative computing.

Sandy’s management consulting experience included 5 years at Origin Technology in Business (now Atos Origin) a leading global systems integrator where he was responsible for the NA sales and delivery of Professional Services, which achieved $50 million in 1999. While there, Sandy earned distinction for leading the NA migration of Philips Electronics to Lotus Notes. IBM/Lotus considered the global migration of 100,000 users in under a year, best of breed.

His early application development experience at companies such as PepsiCo, as well as senior IT management positions at Mutual of New York and TNT Express Worldwide, have provided Sandy with a strong, diversified background and consistent track record of leveraging new technologies to achieve strategic business objectives. Sandy has a degree in Psychology and Communications from Queens College of CUNY.

Sandy is a family man and always ensures there's balance and quality time to spend with his wife and children. He contributes to his community, as a member of the Sunrise Optimists Club, coach and assistant coordinator for Girls Recreational Soccer and recently as President of the Freehold Chapter of Business Network International. He has a passion for sports, especially golf and racquetball and loves jazz and rock & roll music.
